TOS

1. GENERAL TERMS
All drawings will include my signature that you may not remove.I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.Commissions are digital only. You will not receive a physical copy.

2. PAYMENT
The currency I use is USD and can be paid through PayPal.Commissions under $50 need to be paid 100% upfront. Anything over $50 can be done in a split payment of 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Please don't send me any payments before I have agreed to take the commission and have requested the money.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERYI will notify you when I have started on your commission and
I will send you a WIP copy of the your commission at the sketch, lineart, and flat colour stage.Once I have started working, you will not receive a full refund if you request one. You will be expected to pay for the amount of work I have completed.The turnaround time for a commission can vary from same day - 3 months depending on factors such as commission complexity, work, health, and school. I will let you know if there are any major setbacks as soon as I become aware of them.
If you need the commission done by a specific day, you need to let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.Feel free to reach out to me any time and I will let you know the status of your commission.Upon completion, you will receive a full-sized copy.
If you need a smaller version for any reason just let me know and I will scale the image down for you.

4. REVISIONSYou can request me to make edits to the drawing at any WIP stage. However, once you okayed the lineart, I will not make any major edits (such as posing or expression) for free to the drawing.
A fee will be added if you want something major changed on the lineart or the final drawing - unless there was misunderstanding from my side.If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYAs the artist, I maintain all rights to completed artwork. Therefore I am able to use the artwork to both promote myself and post it to my social media and portfolio.I do not claim rights to any characters. You as the buyer maintain all rights to said characters.

Use the commissioned piece for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwiseYou can use the artwork to promote yourself. Please credit me as the artist when you repost the art.------

6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONIf you have any problem with the commission, please tell me right away so I can attempt to fix it.I am willing to change some of my terms for you (such as me not posting the artwork). Please ask about this beforehand.

7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICYOnce I have started working, you will not receive a full refund if you request one. You will be expected to pay for the amount of work I have completed.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
